Who I am & How I got started
Hello There! My name is Robin Shea and I am the owner of Charlie Cleans House! I am a single mother of 2 incredibly smart, creative, beautiful (but messy) kiddos!
I remember walking in the door after a long day of work and realizing I had more work waiting for me. Thinking to myself how nice it would be to come home and just relax, instead of worrying about cleaning up the mess I knew was waiting for me. Being a single mom, I know how important it is to have the time you spend at home be YOUR time, whether it's lounging around, having friends and family over, or working from home and being there the majority of the time. That is why I decided to start my own business. I want to give you that opportunity to come home to a clean house and enjoy the comfort of your space and RELAX without feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed. Let me help you feel your best in the place you call HOME.
Services Provided, Add ons & Cancelation Policy
*I am INSURED by Accredited America & a Registered LLC
I provide general cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning and add on cleaning as well (such as refrigerators, ovens, interior windows, washing/drying laundry, folding laundry, dishes, etc.). I service the Baltimore and Harford county areas but will travel further for an added fee.
As of January 1, 2024, Charlie Cleans House LLC will begin a cancelation policy. For any cancelations, notice may be given via text 443-559-2943 or email: charliecleanshouse@gmail.com
Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 50% of the fee for canceled cleanings. Please keep in mind that I am a small business and while I understand emergencies, cancelations last minute hurt my business and it is only fair that I put one in place as most other businesses do. If I can put you in on another spot then I will, but I cannot typically fill in last minute spots. I hope you all understand & continue to support small business! 😊

Monday - Thursday
6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday I am not available (unless you are willing to pay an extra fee for businesses/holidays/family coming into town and I can plan with advanced notice!)
